The headstones of Gordon and William Iring ( father of Gordon) at Lakeview Cemetary have the name with a "G". Marr iage records for John,Mary Dell and William show name Irvin without t he "G". Ethel's (Gordons daughter) birth registration with the Nova Scotia go vernment shows her middle name as Isabel. Her certificate of naturali zation and she has always thought that her middle name was spelled Is abelle.
