OXFORD - The death occurred at All Saints Hospital, Springhill, of Paul John Hudak of Oxford. Â He had been in failing health the past few years. Â Born at Hrusov, Czechoslovakia, in 1897, son of the late John and Susanne Hudak, he had spent the past 38 years in Canada. Â Prior to ill health, he had been an employee of the Canadian National Railways. Â He was an adherent of Trinity United Church, Oxford. Â He is survived by his wife, the former Ruby Thompson, of Oxford; two sons, by a former marriage, John of Cow Bay, Halifax County, and Paul of Hrusov, Czechoslovakia, as well as a sister, brother and eight grandchildren. Â He was predeceased by his first wife, Susanne (Nach) Hudak. Â The funeral was held from Black's Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Dewis Rector, pastor of Trinity United Church, Oxford. Â Burial took place at Pine Grove Cemetery, under direction of Frank Black and Son.
