  	Obituary ALHAMBRA, Calif. - Marion Mattinson Morong died Sunday in Alhambra.  Born in Nova Scotia, Mrs. Morong was the wife of the late Dr. Carrol O. Morong.  An American Baptist minister and former headmaster of the Peddie School, Hightstown, N.J.  Mrs. Morong played a leadership role in a number of American Baptist Women's Societies and served as president of the New Jersey Baptist Women's Association.  She was also a founder of the Peddie Mother's Association.  She is survived by three daughters, Joyce Morong Turner of San Diego, Calif., Barbara Morong Hawkins or Normal, Ill., and Judith Morong Drayer of Lexington, Va.; a son, C. Oscar Morong of Mountainside, N.J.; a sister, Lucinda Mattinson of Alhambra; and 10 grandchildren.  Services were scheduled to be held in Rowley, Mass.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Peddie School Hightstown, N.J. 08520 [posted to NSCumber Mailing List 19 Sep 2012 by Gerry Mattinson]
