Born in O’Leary on June 5, 1945, son of the late Ross and Edith (MacWilliams) Strang. Dear father of Caroline Strang-MacPhee ( Darren), Stratford; Darlene Getson (Lorne) Kildare Capes; George Jr. Coburg, ON. Loving grandfather of Matthew, Megan, Nicole Getson. Brother of Doris Mincie, O’Leary, Ian Strang, O’Leary; Frances Wallace (Reg), Elmsdale; Eva Gamble (Ron), Canoe Cove, Erroll Strang (Marilyn), Mill River. Charles, Toronto, ON. He was predeceased by brothers Vernon, Herbie, John, two brothers in infancy Donald and Benjamin, sisters Freda MacDougall and Florence Carbajal. A private family graveside service was held on Friday, January 1, 2010 at the Cape Wolfe United Church Cemetery with Mr Rankin MacKinnon officiating. www.fergusonsfh.com
