CARR, James Alexander Harris
5th and youngest son of Percy Lee and Eleanor CARR, born on the Burin Penninsula, Newfoundland. at Clawbonny, when Clawbonny was a place of great beauty on October 5th, 1931. Regrettable, died elsewhere on February 5th, 2005. Eventually, in memory of Eleanor Hickman Harris CARR, B.A. (Mount Allison, '13) and R.N., P.H.N. (the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, '19) and of Chester Forsey HARRIS, B.A. (Mount Allison, '10) and M.B., Ch.B., F.R.C.S. (Edinburgh University, '20) James' ashes will be interred in The Samuel Harris Plot, Old Cemetery, Grand Bank, west of the monument to Harriet Marion Harding HARRIS and north of the monument to Mary Forsey HARRIS, Dip.H.Sc. (Mount Allison, '17) and; with a few ashes shaken into the main falls of Clawbonny ('Capt. James Cook-Morgan Snook') Brook. Above his ashes in the cemetery he should like a small granite marker bearing the inscription: James A. H. CARR of Clawbonny 1931-2005
