  	OBITUARY Baie Verte, June 10 - The death of Avery OULTON, 65, occurred at his home following a year's illness. He was born at Baie Verte, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Oulton, and lived his entire life in this community. He was a member of the United Church. He is survived by his wife and one son, Claude, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Gilmour D. Allen, Baie Verte; Mrs. Marcus Goodwin, Mrs. Thomas Forgraves, Mrs. Renaldo Smith of Amherst, N.S. The funeral services was held from the United Church, Rev. A.F. Baker officiated, assisted by the choir. Interment in Fernwood Cemetery, Port Elgin. Pallbearers were Claude Oulton, Todd Trenholm, Vaughn Rayworth, Wilson Allen, Floyd Allen and Ronald Allen. From the Sackville Tribune Post Newspaper, published Monday, 15 June 1942, page 5.
