    SYDNEY - Ruby Muriel Hudak, 73, of 70 Tower View Apartments, Sydney, died Monday in Sydney City Hospital.  Born in Oxford, she was a daughter of the late Lorne and Mildred (Anderson) Thompson.  She was a member of St. Andrew's United Church.  She taught at Amherst Regional High School until her retirement.  Surviving are her stepdaughter, Mrs. Jean Hudak, Eastern Passage; a sister, Mrs. Emma MacRae, Oxford; two brothers, Sidney, of Sydney, and Carman, Los Angeles, Ca.; a number of nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband, Paul.  The body will be in Filmore-Whitman Funeral Home, Sydney Mines, today, and will be transferred to Allen Funeral Home, Oxford, Wednesday, where funeral will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Rev. Keith Lyons officiating, with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Oxford.
