    Kathryn I. Mosher, a La Mesa resident for more than 35 years, passed away Monday, January 26, in her home. She was 84. Born in San Diego ' s Mercy Hospital and raised in Glendale, where she graduated from Glendale High School and Glendale Junior College. She also attended the University of Southern California. Nearly a life-long California resident, she met and married her husband, Bradford Mosher, while working for the government in Guam shortly after the end of World War II. A real estate broker in eastern San Diego county for more than 25 years, she also worked for Portland Cement (Victorville, Ca), Brown Pacific Maxim (Agana, Guam), and Southern Pacific Railroad (San Francisco). She supported youth softball programs in La Mesa, the Navajo Republican Women ' s Club, the Veterans of Foreign Wars ' Ladies Auxiliary and the Victor Valley Community Hospital Auxiliary in Victorville, Ca., the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Officers Wives Club. One of her favorite activities was traveling, seeing most of the world in her lifetime with her family. She was a very giving woman and cherished by all her numerous friends. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bradford, son Bradford of Rosamond and daughter Kathie Mosher of Temecula, sister Jean Baker of Moreno Valley, along with nieces Lynn Richards of Santa Clara, Sharon Baker of Moreno Valley, Rhonda Kirkeby of Virginia, Joyce Sulanski of Idaho and nephews David Cope of National City, Shelton Cope of San Diego, Wayne Cope of San Jose, Joel Rutigliano of Moreno Valley, Jeff Toothaker of Idaho and Alan Toothaker of Washington, sisters-in-law, Vernah Toothaker of Massachusetts, Velma True of Redding and Sylvia Cope of National City. Mom, Aloha Ke Akua (may the peace and love of God be with you) your Ohana.
