PERRIN, Gerald Allan "Jake" - 52, 16 Herrett Rd., Springhill, died February 6, 1999, in Highland View Regional Hospital, Amherst. Born in Springhill, he was a son of the late Robert Allan and Joyce Marie (Boyce) Perrin. He was a past member of Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 17, Springhill. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are his wife, Veronica Dowe; son, Kevin Troy, Parrsboro; Robert Allan, Moncton, N.B.; brother, Garry, North Delta, B.C.; sisters, Deborah (Mrs. James Gallagher), Brenda (Mrs. Weldon Smith), East Mapleton, Cumberland Co.; three grandsons; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by an infant sister, Nancy. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today, funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday, both in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, Rev. Elroy McKillop officiating. Spring burial in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill. In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Society of Canada.
