    Florence Landry

    Florence Landry, 93, wife of the late J. Adelard Landry, of Résidence du Marais, Dieppe, formerly of Moncton, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2002 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born April 27, 1909 in Rivière Hébert, NS, she was the daughter of the late André LeBlanc and Geneviève Caissie. She was a retired Nursing Assistant at The Moncton Hospital before retirement. She is survived by her two daughters, Sylvia Myers (Ernest) of Moncton, Thérèse Trozollillo of New Jersey; two sons, Louis (Gail) of Dieppe, Marcel (Marguerite) of Moncton; a half-sister, Anna Richard of ON; 12 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two greatgreat-grandchildren; a son-in-law, Pete Loziak of ON; a daughter-in-law, Bertha Landry of USA; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, J. Adelard (May 2002); a daughter, Maria Loziak; a son, Antoine; adopted parents, Albénie and Léonie (Melanson) Bourque; a brother, Raymond; sisters, Laura Bourgeois, Ella Horseman; and a half-sister, Edna Breau. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). Visiting hours Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. until time of departure (9:45). The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday August 16, 2002 at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Roman Catholic Church, Moncton. Interment will be in St-Henri Cemetery, Grand-Barachois.     Philomon Bourgeois
    December 6, 1942  ~  January 20, 2019  (age 76)

    It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philomon Bourgeois, 76, on Sunday January 20, 2019 at the Center hospitalier universitaire Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont surrounded by his family.
    Born in Pré-d'en-Haut, he was the son of the late Amable and Laura (LeBlanc Cormier) Bourgeois.
    An electrician by trade, he had a career at the Université de Moncton for more than 35 years.  Husband, father, grandfather and friends, Philomon has touched the lives of many on his way with his help, support and encouragement.
    He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jeannine (née Belliveau), his children Thérèse (Paul Bérubé) Cornwall Ontario, Daniel (Stéphanie Couture) Pré-d'en-Haut as well as two grandchildren Michelle and Marc.  He also leaves to mourn four sisters; Rita (Aurèle Belliveau) Pré-d'en-Haut, Florence (late Valerie Bourque) Moncton, Aline (Albert Cormier) Waltham Mass and Dorine (Gérard Boudreau) Pré-d'en-Haut as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a sister Thérèse and a brother Edgar.
    The visits will take place at the Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook, Wednesday January 23 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday January 24 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.  The funeral will take place at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation church, Pré-d'en-Haut, Thursday January 24 at 11 a.m.
    We thank his friends, neighbors, relatives and the entire health care team who accompanied him and supported him during his illness.
    In memory of Philomon, donations can be made to the donor's favorite charity.

    SYLVIA MYERS
    1932-2014

    À sa résidence, le samedi 6 décembre 2014, à l’âge de 82 ans, est décédée Sylvia Myers. Elle demeurait à Moncton, N.-B.

    Née à Cap-Pelé, N.-B., elle était fille de feu Adelard et de feu Florence (née LeBlanc) Landry.

    Elle était membre de la paroisse Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.

    Elle laisse dans le deuil son époux, Ernest; une fille, Delcia (David); deux fils: Fred et Kenny; une soeur, Marie-Thérèse (feu Nicholas); deux frères: Louis et Marcel (Marguerite); deux petits-enfants: Jason et Erika, ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

    Outre ses parents, une sœur, Maria, ainsi qu’un frère, Antoine, l’ont précédée dans la tombe.

    Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, N.-B.(857-1901) le jeudi de midi jusqu'à l’heure des funérailles.

    Louis Landry
    1934-2020
    Louis Landry, 85, of Riverview (formerly of Dieppe) passed away on Monday, February 24th, 2020, at the Moncton Hospital.  Born in Cap-Pele, he was the son of the late Adelard and late Florence (LeBlanc) Landry.
     
    Louis was a machinist with the CN for 42 years.  He will be sadly missed by his long time soul mate Gail Roberts, 2 daughters: Annette of Cap-de-Cocagne and Nicole of Moncton; 4 sons: Bernard of Calgary, Dr. Claude of Montreal, René of Cap-de-Cocagne and Gilles (Francine) of Dieppe; 1 brother: Marcel (Marguerite) of  Moncton; 2 grandchildren: Jennifer and Monica; 3 great grandchildren: Danika, Bianka and Zander; 2 great-great grandchildren: Dawson and Paislee and several nieces and nephews.
    Louis was predeceased by one daughter Louise (1961); 3 sisters: Maria, Sylvia and Thérèse; and one brother: Antoine.
     
    Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (857-1901), on Thursday, February 27, 2020, from 2-4pm and Friday February 28, 2020, from 9:30 am until time of departure.
    Funeral Mass will be held at Sainte-Thérèse Church, Dieppe, NB, Friday, February 28, 2020 at 11am.
