ALLEN, Blair Albert - 43, 169 Lupin St., Riverview, N.B., died January 21, 1997, at home. Born in Cape Tormentine, he was a son of Cecil and Mina (McGlashing) Allen. He was employed with Marine Atlantic. Surviving are his wife, Karen (Strang) Allen; daughter, Sarah; brothers, Blaine, Robert, George, Jeffrey; sisters, Jane, Sally, Betty; paternal grandmother, Aletha (Sprague) Allen. He was predeceased by maternal grandparents, Gessler and Lillian (Allen) McGlashing; paternal grandfather, H. Copp Allen; sister, Bonnie Lea in infancy. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Rd., Moncton. Memorial service 2 p.m. Friday in Trinity United Church, Port Elgin, Rev. Alastair Anderson officiating. Family flowers only. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society.
