Obituary
DAVIS, Linda R. - 61, Nine Mile River, passed away January 21, 2004, in the VG Site, QEII, Halifax. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Shephard and Hazel Allen. Linda founded and ran the Garden of Missing Children since 1997. She is survived by her husband, Leonard; daughter, Candace (Chris) Sweet, Hammonds Plains; two grandchildren; brother, William Allen (Marion), Eastern Shore; nephew, Paul. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today with Legion service at 7:30 p.m. and memorial service 2 p.m. Friday, January 23, all in Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie, Pastor Ron Coole officiating. Reception to follow in the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 133, Enfield. Burial at a later date. Special thanks to Brenda Poole, Cathy and Darren MacDonald, and Donna Fitzpatrick and family.
