    Funeral Service

    MOUNT PLEASANT, Cumberland County - Funeral service for Mrs. Guy King, 78,
    was held at Mount Pleasant Sunday, Rev. Lewis J. Rector officiating. Interment was in Birch Grove Cemetery. Mrs. King died at home, Thursday. A life resident of Mount Pleasant, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Dora (McCormick) Dickey. Mrs. King was a member of Calvary United Church. She served as a member of the session for many years. Surviving besides her husband, are four sisters, Amey (Mrs. John Fraser), Oxford; Janet (Mrs. Albert Fahey) Mount Pleasant; Mary (Mrs. Alex MacKay), Port Howe; Etta (Mrs. Joseph McCarthy), Port Philip; three brothers, Minor, Stellarton; George, Oakland, Calif.; Harris, Mount Pleasant.

    Annie married Guy R King 3 Aug 1910, Northport, Cumberland, Nova Scotia, Canada. Guy was born 4 Dec 1886, Mount Pleasant, Cumberland, Nova Scotia, Canada; died 1970. [Group Sheet]
