    OULTON, Charles "Keith" Peacefully on Saturday, March 28, 2009, in Ottawa, surrounded by his family, at the age of 87 years. Husband of the late Sheila Elizabeth Farquhar and the late Mary Elizabeth (Mollie) Skinner. Loving father of Janet (Les Cruickshank) and David Oulton. Cherished grandfather of Bryan, Amy, Amanda and Sarah. Dear brother to Joan Foster. Donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, 20/20 Campaign would be appreciated.
