    Elsie J. Oulton, 56, of Edgecomb died Sunday, April 1 at her home.

    Born August 5, 1944 in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, she was the daughter of Anthony and Helen Tonari Marinella.

    She attended Mt. Holly schools. On January 5, 1963, she married Richard A. Oulton. Mr. and Mrs. Oulton moved to Maine after their marriage, moving to Edgecomb in 1968.

    Mrs. Oulton was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed ceramics.

    For many years, she served as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She was a former member of the Rebekahs, the Edgecomb Fire Department Auxiliary and was involved with Girl Scouts.

    Surviving, besides her husband of Edgecomb, are two daughters, Elizabeth Berry of Wiscasset and Connie Oulton of North Yarmouth; two brothers, Anthony Marinella and his wife, Mary, of Burlington, New Jersey and William Marinella and his wife, Betsy, of Southampton, New Jersey; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Florence) Stackhouse and Mrs. John (Helene) Fletcher, both of Mt. Holly, New Jersey; an aunt, Yolanda Roosevelt of Williamstown, New Jersey; and a granddaughter, Rachel Berry.

    She was predeceased by two brothers, Alfred and Edward Marinella.

    Visiting hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Mayo, Curtis & Hill Funeral Home, 819 High Street, Bath. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 7 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lincoln Street, Bath. Interment will be later in the spring at Highland Cemetery, Edgecomb.

    Elsie J. Oulton, 56, died April 1 at her home.
    She was born in Mt. Holly, N.J., a daughter of Anthony and Helen Tonari Marinella, and attended Mt. Holly schools.
    On Jan. 5, 1963, she married Richard A. Oulton. They moved to Edgecomb in 1968.
    Mrs. Oulton was a homemaker. Her interests included ceramics.
