Obituary
Rhodes Clark Oulton passed peacefully on September 19, 2017 at the Sunrise of Beaconsfield. He was 89 years old. Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary in November 2012, he is survived by his sons Chris, Andrew and Dave (Laura), and grandchildren Evan, Shannon and Richard.Â
Born in Verdun, Rhodes earned a degree at McGill University. From Geological Surveyor, to teacher, Principal and finally real estate agent, his C.V. reflects a diverse and interesting life. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and mentor. He touched the lives of many students, had a great sense of humour and an unwavering optimism. Rhodes loved to fish, golf, play tennis, ride horses and he was an avid sports fan. He remains one of the finest men we have ever known.
There will be a gathering to celebrate Rhodes' life on September 30 at the Sunrise of Beaconsfield, 505 Elm Street (upstairs), from 2 - 5 pm.
