Obituary
COREY, ROWENA JOYCE - 1941 - 2010 - The Time Has Come To Say Good Bye. Rowena Joyce Corey, of Moncton NB, passed away suddenly in the arms of her loving husband on May 25, 2010 in Bangor Maine. She was the daughter of the late Gonzeller and Mareita (Blair) Trenholm of Northport Nova Scotia. Left to grieve is her husband, Ronald Dale Corey and their three children; daughter Delena Marlee of Moncton NB and two sons Rene Jon of Toronto ON and Sterling Dale (Suzanne) of Amherst NS. Five grandchildren Ronald, Amanda, and Jacob of Toronto ON as well as Bronte and Ezra of Amherst NS. Numerous nieces and nephews as well as a sister Margaret McCormick of Northport NS. She was predeceased by two sisters Patricia Fillmore and Marilyn Fillmore and brother Ronald Trenholm. Her loving touch and kindness was felt by many throughout her 35 year nursing career. She spent a number of years as a psychiatric nurse in Hamilton ON and then as a surgical nurse at the Moncton City Hospital. She cherished her family and friends and held them close to her heart. She was an avid gardener who loved to watch her flowers bloom and grow. Her passion for flowers was only rivaled by her love of cooking and baking and her desire to create. She could see the beauty in everything around her and brought a love and a joy to all those whose lives she touched. The changing of seasons and the passage of time will not lessen our loss; her passing will leave an incredible emptiness in our hearts and an overwhelming joy in our memories. Farewell until we meet again... A private family interment will be held at a later date. A donation to a charity of the donor's choice in lieu of flowers would be appreciated by the family.Rowena — Ronald Dale Corey. [Group Sheet]
