Miller, who predeceased her 11 years ago. She was born at Oxford, the daughter of the late Thomas and Annie Brownell. She resided in Oxford most of her life, moving to Little River 8 years ago, where she resided until her death.
Although in failing health for a number of years, her death came as a shock to her wide circle of friends and family. She was confined to her bed for 5 weeks previous to her passing. She is survived by her sorrowing family, two daughters (Lyttle) Mrs. Peter Petrus, Mansfield; (Inez) Mrs. Charles Hunter, Little River, three sons, Herman of Oxford; Vaughn of Brantford, Ontario; Aubrey of Edmonton, Alberta, also three sisters, (Lydia) Mrs. John McDonald, Oxford; Miss Pearl Brownell, Kolbec; (Nellie) Mrs. Walter Seigeil, Milwaukee, Wis., and one brother, Percy Brownell, Lowell, Mass. Two brothers, Frank and Chancey Brownell, lost their lives in action in World War I. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. F.J.
