    Mr. Frank Philip Hierlihy, husband of Shirley (Rolfe) Hierlihy of River Road, Sunny Corner, passed away suddenly of Sunday January 6, 2013 at Saint John Regional Hospital, at the age of 75.
    Born in Tabusintac, he was the son of the late Edgar and Maude (Price) Hierlihy. He was a retired salesman from Northumberland Co-op and Funeral Director for Davidson’s Funeral Home and also a member of St. Stephen’s United Church, Red Bank.
    Besides his wife Shirley, is survived by one daughter, Nancy (Josh) Johnston of Sunny Corner and one son, Troy (Gwen) Hierlihy of Miramichi; four sisters, Jean Palmer (Boucher) of Tabusintac, Lois Martin (Marson) of Tabusintac, Dorothy Ann MacCallum of Bathurst and Mildred MacWilliams (Gordie) of Halifax; one brother, Lawrence of Ontario; and 6 grandchildren, Jonathan, Daniel and Hannah Hierlihy and Ally, Evan and Bria Johnston.
    Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Ernest and Glen, and his brother-in-law, William MacCallum.
    Mr. Frank Philip Hierlihy is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 2 p.m. at St. Stephen’s United Church, Red Bank, with Rev. Brett Anningson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery at a later date.
    In memory of Frank, donations to Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or St. Stephen’s United Church would be appreciated.
