Arthur J White
1914-2010
Arthur Joseph White, age 96, of Amherst, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, September 12, 2010.
He is survived by his 3 sons, John, Amherst, Douglas (Mona), Toronto, Gerald (Alice), Pennsylvania; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife Edmee Dupuis in 1977 as well as several brothers and sisters.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Furlong~Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst, NS (902-667-8777). At Arthur's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private burial will take place in the Amherst Cemetery.
