  Obituary	Obituary The remains of the late Robert Brownell passed through Northport, Cumb. Co., N.S. on Friday, March 9, 1900 and was buried at Amherst Shore, Cumb. Co., N.S., where his brother Edward is also buried. The deceased is the last surviving son of the late Jeremiah Brownell of Amherst Shore, he was one of a family of thirteen, seven sons and six daughters. Three sisters survive him, Jane (Mrs. Samuel Ackles of Northport); Lavinia (Mrs. J.E. Dickson of Hopewell Cape, Albert Co., N.B.); and Martha (Mrs. Milledge Steeves, Bridgedale, Albert Co., N.B.) The late Mrs. Wm.E. Embree of East Amherst, Cumb. Co., N.S. was also a sister of the deceased, he leaves a widow who lives at Tidnish and one son Thomas living at Harvey, Albert Co., N.B.
