    • John (aka Jack) Ingram played hockey for a number of Moncton teams over the years. He played the center position and was a leading scorer. When the National Hockey League expanded in the 1920's to create the Boston Bruins, John/Jack Ingram, a leading goal scorer in Moncton, New Brunswick, was invited to play professionally. He played with the Boston Bruins in 1924-25 season but with an unsuccessful scoring season, he returned to Moncton. In Moncton he continued to play hockey and score goals again. Eventually he became a referee and after 1931 took up coaching and became a well known coach of Junior and Senior hockey teams in New Brunswick.
