      Arthur, born 1756, Topsham, Devonshire, of Welsh descent, came to the Island
      in 1788. He landed and built ships at Cascumpeque (Alberton). The plant was
      destroyed by fire. He moved to Princetown prior to Aug. 04, 1796.
