Name Anselme Landry Born 11 Mar 1746 Beaubassin [1] Gender Male Occupation a fisherman [2] - He was captain of the schooner ``Marie`` with a crew of three men. He made a written request to George Walker for permission to fish in Baie des Chaleurs. Three of his sons drowned at Cap-aux-Meules (today Stonehaven, Gloucester County, New Brunswick) on June 22, 1814.
