  	Obituary Rose Mary Chapman 1943– 2022 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Rose Mary Chapman, age 78, of Brookdale, NS.  Rose passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre. Born in Amherst, NS, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Martha (Arsenault) Purdy. Rose enjoyed knitting and camping with Ron. She loved anything to do with the outdoors. Rose adored her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved her dogs.   Rose will be dearly missed by her children Paul (Kathy) of Amherst, Michael (Tina) of Saskatchewan and Pauline (Mark) Blacklock of Truemanville; daughter-in-law Fran of BC; twin sister Marie; brother Freddy; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Ronald and son Jeffery.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of Jones Family Funeral Centre, Amherst, NS, (902 667 8777). A graveside service will take place at a later date. Donations in memory of Rose may be made to charity of choice.
