Obituary
Martha Jean Ellis was born in Boston, MA. on 2/16/50 To Herbert W. and Jean R. (Anderson) Ellis. She resided and grew up in Malden, Ma. She was a graduate of Malden High School and Shepard Gill Nursing School where she received her LPN license. Martha also attended Suffolk University. She moved to Florida in 1975 where she pursued a career in nursing. She changed professions while in Florida and became a Draftsperson. Martha loved her Scottish heritage and all that came with it, including trips to Scotland. She and her SO Robert Blanchard enjoyed and participated in the reenactments of the Civil War and Scottish Heritage Games. Martha was also an active participant in Colonial Reenactments, Mountain Men, and the Clan Anderson Tent Keeper at the Highland Games in Florida. Martha loved animals, she had many over the years including horses, ducks, geese, cats and dogs. Martha is survived by her SO Robert Blanchard, Brother Peter Ellis and wife Doreen, Sister Nancy Chase and husband James, Brother Douglas Cuccoli and wife Nancy. Nephews, nieces and their families; Peter M, Andrea, Jennifer, Christopher, Ian, Graham, Allison and Kristen. She is also survived by 7 great nephews and nieces, Uncle Richard Carpenter, her cousins Margaret Carpenter, Patricia Spencer, David Carpenter and their families, Aunt and Uncle Jennie and Nick Lamberti and their family. She was predeceased by her father, Herbert, mother Jean and Step Father Ferdinand Cuccoli.
Memorial Services for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home in Apopka, Florida.
