  	Obituary Hilbert N. Wood May 18, 1932 - September 02, 2016 Wood, Hilbert N. - 84, River Phillip, passed away September 2, 2016.  Born in Oxford, he was a son of the late John and Eva (MacDonald) Wood.  Hilbert is survived by his wife of over 56 years, the former June E. Mitchell; sons, Dale (Shelley) and Gary (Mila); daughter, Trudy; grandchildren, Dalton, Desirae, Fallon, Myles, Jonathon and Garity; sisters, Joyce Sherwood and Etta Mae Leguard.  He was predeceased by one son in infancy; brother, Eric; sisters, Evelyn and Verna.  Cremation has taken place in the care of MacDiarmid’s Funeral Home & Crematorium, Oxford (902-447-2930).  A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
