  	Obituary BREWER - Gwen B. "GeGe" Strang, wife of the Rev. Homer J. Strang, died Jan. 13, 2008, at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Hampden, the daughter of Loomis and Pearl (MacDonald) Foss. Gwen, affectionately known by many as GeGe, was a dedicated and devoted homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She and her husband ministered to the members of Cardville United Baptist Church for the past 28 years, where the Rev. Strang is church pastor and GeGe was the music accompanist on the piano. She was a gentle, kind and giving spirit, who was a ray of sunshine to everyone. Surviving, in addition to her husband of 63 years, are one son, Dr. Steven Strang and his wife, Ayni, of Medford, Mass.; two grandchildren, Elly and Marta Peimer; two sisters, Frances Comer and her husband, George, of Springfield, Mass., and Donna Joyce Nelligan of Hallowell; a niece, Barbilyn Church and her husband, Cony, of Augusta; nieces and nephews in New England and New York. She was predeceased by her parents; a sister, Valerie McCraw; and a brother-in-law, Lt. Col. Bill Nelligan. A graveside service will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Brewer, in the spring at a date and time to be announced.
