      St. Mark's Church church was the scene of an interesting event Tuesday Oct. 10th in which H.D. QUIGLEY of the Boot and Shoe Co., Amherst, N.S. led to the altar one of Aulac's fairest daughters, Alice E. SUTHERLAND fourth d/o J. SUTHERLAND, station agent. The bride, who was given away by her brother, S.C. SUTHERLAND of Amherst, was attended by her sister Miss Kate SUTHERLAND and Miss FOWLER. The groom was supported by H.F. BLACK, Amherst.

      St. Mark's Church, Aulac (West. Co.) Tuesday Oct. 10, 3:30 p.m., Rev, D.M. Bliss of Westmorland performed the ceremony which made one Alice SUTHERLAND fourth d/o Jas. SUTHERLAND, Aulac and N.D. QUIGLEY of Amherst, N.S. Miss Sadie FOWLER was maid of honor and Miss Kate SUTHERLAND, sister of the bride, was the other bridesmaid. The groom was supported by Harry BLACK of Amherst.
