      John Addison Murray 1911 - 2003 John A. Murray, 91, husband of Lillian Murray of Clearview St. Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Sunday, April 6, 2003. Born in Turtle Creek, NB, on June 11, 1911, he was the son of the late Timothy and Bessie (Tingley) Murray. Prior to his retirement he had been employed at Stairs & Morrow, McEwen's and for over 27 years with the CIBC. John enjoyed flying model aircraft and was known to many as "Mr. Fix It" . He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Lillian (Richardson) Murray; son, Bob Murray (Lynne) of Indian Mountain; sisters, Greta Dryden of Salisbury, Margie Rhindress of Truro, Lucinda Donaldson of Penticton BC; a brother Paul of Upper Coverdale, grandchildren, Scot, Beth, Heather, Craig, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a son, Bruce in 1984; sisters, Ina and Grace as well as a brother, Charles. By family request, there will be no visitation prior to the funeral service to be held on Thursday, April 10, 2003 at 2 PM , in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home. A reception for John's friends and family will follow in the family reception room of the funeral home. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
