Harold George Wilsted 1943 ~ 2005 Harold George (Hank) Wilsted, age 61, passed away March 18, 2005 in Salt Lake from heart failure. Hank was born March 19, 1943 in Salt Lake to Harold Dean and Emma Gertrude Neal Wilsted. He married Gayle Millburn August 11, 1975 in the Salt Lake Temple. Hank served an LDS mission in Denmark. He graduated from BYU in Experimental Biology. He completed class work toward a Masters Degree in Oceanography from the University of Hawaii, and received the MBA and Juris Doctor degrees from BYU. Hank served active duty in the Army as a military intelligence officer. He volunteered for combat service in Viet Nam, where he was an intelligence surveillance officer in a Mohawk spotter plane. He also served as a Presidential Courier, and as Reserve Attach to Norway and Denmark. His last assignment was Commander of the Army Reserve Linguist Intelligence Group. He retired as a full Colonel in 2003. He is survived by his wife, Gayle, four sons, Jae, Bill, Todd, and Mark; and two daughters, Jennie (Norm) Stilley, and Heidi; and by his mother; five grandchildren; and six brothers and sisters. Hank was a faithful member of the LDS Church and was serving as a temple worker at the time of death. Hank's funeral will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at the Granite 10th Ward, 2180 E. Mead-ow Lark Way (9020 So.), where a viewing will be held from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park. www.larkinmortuary.com
