  	Obituary Oxford - Mrs. H. Wallace Lowther, 39, of Oxford, died Saturday in Highland View Regional Hospital, Amherst.  Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of Norman R. Mattinson, Oxford and Georgie D. (Mayne) Mattinson, Toronto.  Besides her parents, she is survived by her husband, H. Wallace, a daughter, Carolann Dickie, at  home; a son, Myron Murray, Millvale, Cumberland County; a sister, Norma (Mrs. Gary Hunter), Leamington, Cumberland County, and a brother, Angus, Oxford.  She was predeceased by a son, Andrew Norman Murray and a brother, Charles, in infancy.  The body was at Allen's Funeral Home, Oxford, where funeral service was held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Rev.
