  	Obituary Joseph Henry McDonald passed away at the Kelowna General Hospital on January 20, 1995 after a valiant battle with cancer.  He was born in Oxford, N.S., on January 4, 1921.   He was engaged in lumbering and farming for several years.  In 1953 he moved his family to the Yukon and was employed with Cassiar Asbestos Company for 20 years.  In 1974 he retired and moved to the Okanagan where he enjoyed gardening and his many woodworking projects.   He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Ethel (Embree); two daughters, Shirley (Chris) Turton of Kelowna and Joy Lynn Longman of Vancouver; two sons, Darrell (Marilyn) McDonald of Greenwood and Timothy (Alma) McDonald of Fort Smith. N.W.T.; 13 grandchildren, Troy (Laurie) Turton, Mark (Mary Jane) Turton, Cindy (Clem) Therrien, Jennifer Turton, all of Kelowna; Ian (Lavine) McDonald, Joseph (Janet) McDonald, Corrinna McDonald, all of Vancouver; Paula Holm, Coralee Wray, Fort St. John; Meika (Shawn) Flett, Erica McDonald, Jonathan McDonald, Charlotte McDonald, Chantelle McDonald, all of Fort Smith; 13 great-grandchildren, NaTasha, TaNeil, Nicole, Tanya, Derrek, Benjamin, Kealey, Aaron, Dakota, Tori, Lucas, Desmond and Veronica; also survived by one sister, Eva Wood, Cobourg, Ont.; one brother, Eugene (Jenny) McDonald, Oxford.  He was predeceased by his father, John H. McDonald and mother, Kezia (Mattinson) McDonald, Oxford; sisters, Freda Coles, Fredericton; Shirley McDonald, Oxford; brother, Jeremiah McDonald, Oxford.   Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 2:00 p.m. at the Westbank United Church, Rev.
