Obituary
Lloyd George Stevens, 52, North River, died at his home on Friday. Born in Malagash, Colchester County, he was a son of the late Gordon and Effie (McFarlane) Stevens. He is survived by his wife, the former Muriel Mattinson; two sons, Ian, Calgary; Gordon, Glenholme; two daughters, Sharron Mrs. Ken Byers) Truro; and Allyson, at home; two brothers, Webster, Malagash; Donald, Mill Brook, Ontario; one sister, Jean (Mrs. Burton Robertson), Halifax; and two grandchildren. The body is at the Mattatall's Funeral Home, Truro, from where funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. with Rev. Gordon Matheson officiating. Committal service will be in the Lewis Memorial Chapel, Robie Street Cemetery. Burial will be in the North River Cemetery in the spring.
