  	Obituary Pelham, Rachel Theresa (LeBlanc) - 89 of Halifax passed away September 26, 2014 at St. Vincent’s Nursing Home Halifax. Born in Joggins in 1925. She was a daughter of the late Rufus and Mary Alice (Terrio) LeBlanc. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband of 53 years Howard Sinclair Pelham of Halifax. Brothers; Reginald, Hance, Sherman and Lester. Sisters; Marjorie, Winnifred and Kathryn and many nieces and nephews. She is survived by her brother-in-law Arthur (Janice) of Truro and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be at St.Vincent’s Nursing Home Chapel 2080 Windsor St. Halifax on October 6th, 2014 at 2pm with burial at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Herring Cove. Donations in Rachel’s honour can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Vincent’s Nursing Home or to the Charity of choice.
