      Carmelita "Carm" Jacklin

      JACKLIN, Carmelita “Carm“ - At her residence on Sunday, July 20, 2008, Carmelita “Carm“ Jacklin, age 78, of Chatham. Born in Joggins, Nova Scotia in 1929, daughter of the late Noma Dorothy Como and Reginald LeBlanc, she was the manager of Reitman's Ladies Store for 40 years and a member of St. Ursula's C.W.L. She will be sadly missed by: a sister Jacquelin Sevcik of Winnipeg, a brother Ronald LeBlanc and wife Beverly of Dresden, a sister-in-law Hilda LeBlanc of Wallaceburg, 2 granddaughters, Maureen Saunders and Tammy Jacklin-Hughes and 4 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by a son Robert (1999), 3 brothers, Robert, Fred and Douglas LeBlanc. Friends and relatives may call at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ursula's Church, C.W.L. prayers Tuesday at 7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
