  	This is the last will and testament of me J. William Murray of Amherst Shore in the County of Cumberland Province of Nova Scotia farmer. My will is first that my just debts and funeral expences be paid by my executors hereinafter named and the residue and remainder of my real and personal property which shall not begen..? for such purpose I give and devise and dispose thereof as follows to wit: I give and devise to my beloved wife Lavinia Jane Murray all my personal property for to maintain and school the children until they become of the age of twenty one years also to have the use of my real estate until my children becomes of the age of twenty one years providing she is to give the children schooling and good home and comfortable maintanance. I give and bequeath into my son Charles Whitney Murray one half of my real estate when he becomes of age. I give and bequeath unto my son John William Muray the other half of my real estate when he becomes of age the said real estate to be equally divided when the become of age. I give and devise and bequeath unto Sarah Elizabeth Murray twenty dollars to be paid by my wife her mother when she becomes of age And I do nominate and appoint my wife Levinia Jane Murray to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In testimony where of I the testator have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of September one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty five. J. Ogden of Amherst Shore in the County of Cumberland farmer make oath and say, that I am one of the subscribing Witnesses to the annexed will,-- That the said J. William Murray above named now deceased, duly executed the same in my presence and in the presence of James N. Brownell we being then both present with Testator at the same time, and that I and the said James N. Brownell did also attest and subscribe the said will as witnesses thereto in the presence of Testator and of each other, and that the said testator was then of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding.
