      STELLARTON - Minor Aubrey Dickie, 83, of 127 River Street, died Wednesday in Aberdeen Hospital. Born in Mount Pleasant, Cumberland County, he was a son of the late Thomas and Dora (MacCormick) Dickie. He lived in Stellarton most of his life and was a retired engineer with the CNR. He was an adherent of Sharon St. John United Church and a member of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers. Surviving are a daughter Lois Peers, New Glasgow; three sons, Donald, New Glasgow; Lawson, Oxford; Guy, Stellarton; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, Janet (Mrs. Albert Fahey), Mary (Mrs. Alex MacKay), both of Oxford; Etta (Mrs. Joe MacCarthy), Pugwash; a brother Harris, Oxford. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Ella Mae Dickie, a son, several brothers and sisters. The body is at H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton, where funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m., Rev. Ralph Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
