  Notes	Obituary Joan C. Foster 1925-2011 The death of Joan Claire Foster, 86, of Shediac and formerly of Port Elgin, occurred at the Moncton City Hospital on December 25, 2011.  Born in Southport, PEI, Joan was a daughter of the late Harold and Sigrid (Sundby) Oulton. Joan will be sadly missed by a daughter, Natalie (Paul) Smith, of Charlottetown; two sons, Bobby (Joanne) Foster, of Shediac and Ricky (Betty) Foster of Grand Barachois; four grandchildren, David, Chris, Graham, and Caroline; three great grandchildren; a very special niece, Nancy Foster; many nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.  Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of thirty-three years, John, in 1985, and a son Stephen in 2009.   Honoring Joan's wishes her remains have been cremated under the care and supervision of Jones Funeral Home, Port Elgin (538-2241).  There will be no visitation or service. Those wishing to make donations, may do so to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital. www.jonesfuneralhome.ca
