  	Obituary Elizabeth L. Field 1944-2011 Elizabeth L. Field, age 67, a lifelong resident of Port Elgin, passed away peacefully at the Countryside Residence, Port Elgin on Monday, December 5, 2011. Born in Point de Bute, she was the daughter of the late David and Mary (Burns) Field. She was a member of the Trinity United Church and the Church Choir.  She was a long time volunteer at the Westford Nursing Home. She will be sadly missed by her brother; John (Marg) Field, Moncton and 2 nieces, Kelly (Sylvain) and Sherri (Doug), 4 great nieces, Gabrielle, Jessica, Riley and Kate; 1 great nephew Justin. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 3 West Main St., Port Elgin (506-538-2241) where visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm.  The funeral service will take place at the Trinity United Church, Port Elgin on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 2 pm.  Burial will follow in the Fernwood Cemetery.
