Obituary
Frederic Lawrence Irvin, 78, Auburn, Kings County, died Sunday, March 12 in Western Kings Memorial Hospital, Berwick. Born in Kingsport, he was a son of the late Gordon and Edith (Thorpe) Irvin. He was a member of Aylesford United Church.
He is survived by a son, Eigene, Auburn; a daughter, Doris (Mrs. Irving Woodworth), Simpson's Corner, Lunenburg County; three brothers, Elmer, Sterling, Mass.; Harold, Boylston Mass.; Henry, South Alton; a sister, Ethel (Mrs. James Wood), Falls Church, Va.; 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, the former Bernice Ward; a son, Lawrence; a daughter, Alberta.
The body rested in H. C. Lindsay's Memorial Chapel, Berwick. Funeral was held Tuesday, March 14, Aylesford United Church, Rev. Janet Travers officiating. Burial in Aylesford United Church Cemetery. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
