  	Obituary FALKOWSKY, Lavilla Valerie - 96, Oxford, died Monday, March 31, 2003, in her daughter's home. Born in Pugwash Junction, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Eleanor (O'Brien) Fields. Lavilla enjoyed gardening, knitting, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Eleanor (Basil) Crowley, Oxford; foster son, Hugh Hicks, Brantford, Ont.; grandchildren, Valerie (Wayne) Christie, Amherst Shore; Lore (Robbie) McLaren, Pugwash Junction; Heather (Brian) Squires, Mount Pearl, NL; great-grandchildren, Natalie, Alex, McKenzie. She was predeceased by first husband, Alton Betts; second husband, David Falkowsky; brother, William. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Friday, April 4, with funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 5, both in MacDiarmid's Funeral Home, 5075 Main St., Oxford, Rev. Gary MacDougall officiating.
