  	Obituary Barbara Margaret Jackson 1924-2013 Barbara Margaret Jackson, 89 years of age, of Amherst, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre. Born in Cape Tormentine , NB she was a daughter of the late Ira & Della (Allen) Jackson.She was heavily involved with music all her life. She performed with five different bands through out the years. She was a school teacher, in various provinces; a life skills coach and she taught adult education. She will be sadly missed  by daughters; Linda Landert (Renato) of Ottawa, Terrey Stafford (Brian) of Burlington; sons, Ray (Sharon) of Halifax, Donald of Lorneville; grandchildren; René, Daniela, Cameron, Scott, Christopher, Melissa, Jessica, Leanna & Shawna; great grandchildren, Sophie, Jacob & Ayla. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her 1st Husband, John Oulton, 2nd husband, Eugene Jackson; sister, Gwenyth Embree; brothers, Raymond Jackson & Noel Jackson. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Furlong-Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst, NS (667-8777). A memorial service will be held at the Furlong-Jones Chapel on Monday, July 15, 2013 at 2 p.m. Burial will take place in the Tidnish Bridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the C.R.H.C.C. Foundation or charity of choice. www.furlongjones.ca
