  	Obituary Rodney C. Oulton 1945-2018 Rodney C Oulton, 73, of Shediac, NB, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Friday, May 11, 2018 with his wife Patricia by his side. Born on March 24, 1945 in Port Elgin NB, he was the son of the late Cedric and Doreen (Peacock) Oulton. Rodney was very close to his late grandparents, Grammie Jean and Pickard Oulton, with whom he lived for many years on the farm in Point de Bute NB Rodney retired after 40 years with Springwall Ltd and in his younger days boxed, played baseball and hockey. He loved animals and watching his favourite sports team, the New York Yankees. Rodney will be missed by his wife and best friend Patricia (Bourque) Oulton, Shediac; daughter Jillian Jessulat (Chris), Saint John NB; sister Cindy MacMaster (Boyd), Mount Stewart PEI; mother-in-law Jean Donovan, Irishtown NB; sister-in-law Jane Donovan (Pat), St Thomas de Kent, NB; sister-in-law Linda Evans (Kim), Irishtown, NB; nieces, nephews and many friends within the deaf community. He was predeceased by infant brother Roger. Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville NB (506-364-1300) from where a time of visitation will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 1 pm until 3 pm, followed immediately at 3 pm by his funeral service, Rev. John Perkin officiating. Cremation has taken place and Rodney will be laid to rest with his grandparents in Point de Bute, NB. Donations in Rodney’s memory may be made to Diabetes Canada or the charity of your choice.
