Obituary
The death of Hilma Irma Russell widow of Earl Russell of Miramichi, NB, occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at the age of 88, Born in Tabusintac, NB, Irma was the daughter of the late John and Maria (Price) Harding.
Hilma was retired from the former White’s Pharmacy as a sales clerk and was a lifetime member of the UCW of the Bethell United Church.
Hilma is survived by two daughters: Judy Mason of Douglastown, NB, Karen Anderson (David) of South Esk, NB; two sons: Dale (Hazel) of Miramichi, NB and Kevin (Lori Anne) of South Esk, NB; one sister: Stella Savage (Bernie) of Russellville, NB; one brother: Frank (Janice) of Russellville, NB; eight grandchildren: Lisa , Amy, Karla, Jake, Nicole, Christopher, Ashely and Josh; six great grandchildren: Courtney, Nate, John David, Penelope, Janelle & Luke and several nieces and nephews.
Hilma is predeceased by three sisters: Ellen, Isabel and Ina; six brothers: Franklin, Elmer, Donald, Wallace, William and son-in-law: Hartley Mason.
Visitation will be held at Bell’s Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Service will be held from the Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 5, 2014 @ 11 AM with Rev. John Fraser officiating.
Burial will follow in the Moorefield Cemetery.
In Hilma’s memory a donation may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of Bell’s Funeral Home.
