  	Obituary Dorothy M. Berry 1916-2016 Dorothy M. Berry, 100 years of age, of River Hebert, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Born in River Hebert, she was a daughter of the late Alex & Maggie (Melanson) Arseneau. Dorothy  was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great mother. She enjoyed baking and cooking, quilting and loved to shop. She loved Christmas and spending time with her family. She loved to laugh and was a very out going person.Dorothy was a member of Trinity United Church, River Hebert. Dorothy will be sadly missed by her daughters, Eleanor Ryan of Montague, PEI, Lois McClary of River Hebert, NS, Brenda Forsyth (Bill) of Minudie, NS; son, Herb (Louanne) of Minudie, NS; sister, Delphine Hachey of ON; fifteen grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Herbert, daughter, Lorraine Coffin, sister Mary Fowler, brothers Albert Arseneau & Leon LeBlanc, daughter in law, Beradette Donovan, son in laws Arthur McClary, Glenn Ryan and Ronald Coffin. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Furlong-Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst, NS where the family will receive visitors on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 1- 2 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Burial to take place in the Hillside Cemetery, River Hebert East. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association, the Heart & stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.
