  Obituary	Obituary Ralph William Millburn, 95, passed away on March 6, 2009 in Murray, Utah, surrounded by his family. Ralph was born November 22, 1913 in Price, Utah to Herbert West (Chub) and Olive Branch Millburn. He was the youngest of five children, and was part of the first graduating class of South High School. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in South Africa. He graduated from the University of Utah in Business, then went on to Law School. He married Mildred Ruth Mullin on May 21, 1941 in the Salt Lake Temple. His schooling was interrupted by World War II. He served his country at McDonald/Douglas Aircraft Plant in Long Beach, California, teaching pilots how to repair their airplanes if they were shot down behind enemy lines. After the war he resumed his schooling at the University of Utah and received a law degree and passed the bar in 1946. He practiced law in Vernal, Utah for three years, and in Tooele, Utah for three decades. He served as a district judge until he retired in 1979. He was a devoted husband and father, and put family above all other considerations. He loved golf, fishing, camping, and all sports. He had a unique and wonderful sense of humor. With his wife of 68 years, he traveled the world, which was his passion. He was always planning another trip, and he has now embarked on his most exciting trip of all. Ralph is survived by his wife, Mildred; son Ron (Cathy); daughter Gayle Wilsted (Hank, deceased); 12 grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the South Cottonwood Ward Chapel, 5605 South Vine Street (800 East), Murray, Utah. Friends may call on Wednesday, March 12, 2009 at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South), Sandy, Utah from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday at the Church prior to the services from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
