  	Obituary COMEAU, Rose Ann - The death of Rose Ann Comeau, age 87, of Joggins, occurred in Cumberland Regional Health Care Center on Thursday, October 12, 2006. Born in River Hebert, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Frances (Barrett) Scopie. Rose was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church, Joggins, and the Christmas Club. Rose will be sadly missed by daughter, Dianne (Cecil) Brown, Southampton; sons, Wayne (Eileen), Toronto, Ont.; and Gornald (Ruby), River Hebert East (Strathcona); sister, Sadie LeForest, Halifax; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred (1987); a daughter, Laura and a son Bernard (both in 2006); two sons in infancy; sisters, Eva, Annie, Mary and Sophie; and brothers, Mike, Leo, Charles, Bill and Frank; granddaughter, Rosemarie. The remains have been entrusted into the care of Furlong Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst (667-8777), with visitation Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in Cumberland Memorial Chapel, 23 Prince Arthur St., Amherst, on Monday, October 16, at 10 a.m. Burial in St. Denis Cemetery, Minudie.
