    • Obituary

      Leonard Vienneau, 88, of Lutes Mountain, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. Born in North Minto, he was the son of the late Anthony and Clorine (Daigle) Vienneau.
      Leonard was a retired mechanic. He liked to play crib and 200 and enjoyed playing pool at the Legion. He spent many years working on cars and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
      Leonard will be sadly missed by his daughters, Debbie Sypher, Linda King (Mike) and Geraldine Jones (James); sons, Danny (Claire), George, Johny (Sandi), Jimmy (Marlene) and Lenny; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Stella Bourgeois, Yvonne Cunningham and Noella Vienneau; brothers, Gerald, Emery and Laurie; son–in–law,Ted Keith; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
      In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Sadie (LeBlanc) Vienneau; daughter, Mary–ann Keith; brothers, Oliver, Albert and Madore.
      Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858–1995) on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, followed immediately by a Service to celebrate and honour Leonard’s life at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allison Carroll officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, in the spring.
      In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 6 would be appreciated. Private online condolences for the family can be made at www.fergusonsfuneralhome.com
