  	Obituary Patricia A. Laverty 1937 - 2012 LUDLOW - Patricia A. (Grant) Laverty 74 of Ludlow died Sunday, March 11, 2012, in the care and comfort of her home surrounded by loved ones; born in Cambridge, MA March 22, 1937, daughter of the late Ralph and Audrey (Almon) Grant. Pat had worked as a teacher's aid and college administrator, was a mentor with the state's Title One Program, a Deputy Sherriff, and served the Town of LUDLOW as a member of its school committee. She was also a past member of the Ludlow Fish and Game Club. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Robert E. Laverty, sons Robert G. Laverty and his wife Susan of Scotland, CT, Russell G. Laverty of Boston, MA, and Randall G. Laverty and his wife Jennifer of Monson, MA, a daughter Robyn G. Jakubiec and her husband Tom of Colchester, CT; cherished grandmother of Jonathan, Trish, Chantal, Caroline, Robert, Tommy, Matthew, and Adam; sister of Roberta Steeves and her husband Ronald of Burlington, MA. A Gathering Celebrating Her Life will be Saturday St. Patrick's Day March 17, 2012, from 2-6 PM at the Ludlow Polish American Citizen's Club 355 East St. Ludlow, MA.
